In case of emergency situations where people with disabilities have no place to stay, have no one to look after, have no abandonment or finds, life-threatening, and those who provide maintenance are under conditions that are too difficult to look after in the process of completing the relevant documents; disabled people are placed in a social service organization that is suitable for the situation as provincial directorate by indicating the urgency of the work with the existing documents and information, without waiting for the completion of their documents. The necessary procedures are completed to place the disabled in a center in accordance with the age, gender and disability status of the disabled, whose documents have been completed within a maximum of six months, excluding delays caused by other institutions and organizations by the relevant provincial directorates.
